The Brief: Explore the use of our courtyard as an exhibition, events and social space through the creation of an artwork (in any discipline) that explores the space and identifies the barriers to its use. 

This project developed from creating work for the courtyard to the

inside walls of the university due to restrictions on the use of specific

spaces within the building.

The focus of my art for this project was on the students themselves,

as I wanted them to feel represented and welcomed within the building

when they start their next academic year.
